How Does Delivery Work?
As soon as your order is placed, our team immediately begins processing it and getting it ready for shipment. All items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to current high demand and workplace social distancing requirements, our distribution center may take slightly longer to send orders than usual.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please don't worry if the tracking number doesn't show an available package within the first 24 hours the system can take a day or so to update.
You can expect to receive your order within 7-16 business days. If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us so we can follow up with the shipping service.
Do You Have a Returns Policy?
Yes, we do! We are extremely confident you'll adore your new beauty product. However, if you do not find the product suitable, we offer a return policy.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the product isn't the right fit for you, please contact us at support@chromatichair.com. Please include your order name and number, as well as the reason for the return.
Chromatic Instant Dye Shampoo
When using Chromatic DYE, please ensure you document your experience with clear before and after photos. It's important to strictly follow our recommended usage guidelines. If you don’t see any results after this trial and have adhered to our guidelines, you are eligible for our money-back guarantee.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return address, and you will need to ship your product(s) to our warehouse at your own cost.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellation & Modifications
We’ll process your orders promptly so it arrives as quickly as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate requests to cancel or modify an order within one hour after an order is placed; cancellations and modifications are not possible after an order has been processed.
For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return.
Promotions
We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order. The discount code must be entered at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount.
